Artwork design
What YouSame are better at is providing high-quality customized products, so in principle we do not provide specialized design services. It is recommended that the customer's in-house designers do the corresponding design according to the corporate culture. YouSame available free of charge design material library for your reference, if you don’t have high requirements for patterns or already have reference materials，YouSame can try to help you make simple design adjustments.
Please do not provide infringing, violent, pornographic, political or other illegal content.Quality imaging is a must for producing high-quality custom garments. Our design team will audit the image quality and if the quality is poor, we recommend that the customer replace it with a higher quality image. In some cases, we may make adjustments to improve image quality without replacement.
If the image requires extensive editing, adjustments or remastering, additional charges may apply.
Accurate placement ensures that graphic elements are positioned correctly on the garment to create a balanced look. Additionally, this will ensure that every graphic element displays as expected.

Background Removal: The background can be removed from your images to create a clean and professional look;
Color change: Adjust the color of the pattern;

Process standards
It supports all process categories such as conventional silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, digital direct printing, and embroidery, and has 15 innovative processes and the most complete 28 special processes in the industry.Different processes have their own characteristics, and the process suitable for designing patterns is the best. The thinnest glue lines can reach 0.4mm, and the hollows can reach 0.7-1.5mm according to the size of the pattern; if you choose the direct injection or heat transfer process, there is no theoretical limit on the minimum requirements for the lines and hollow sizes of the artwork, but The direct-injection process has requirements for clothes, while heat transfer will have other limitations such as hemming. The details need to be discussed in detail with the consultant based on the pattern.
Different processes have different standards. For example, the maximum size of heat transfer can be 35cm*50cm, which ultimately depends on the size of the printing table and the size of the actual clothing printable area.
If you choose embroidery technology, the available area is limited, so you need to consult a consultant for details.

Look at samples and proofing
You need to pay in advance to see samples. The sample fee can be refunded when placing an order.
Proofing is equivalent to making a finished garment, and your pattern will be printed on the garment you need. Please contact the sales consultant for detailed communication first, and the sample will be sent out by post within 3 working days.
The cost of proofing is higher than that of blank clothes.
This is because compared with large-scale products, related costs (such as printing fees) can only be allocated to one sample garment, so the unit price of proofing is higher. If you make a large quantity of goods after proofing (the design remains unchanged), the proofing fee can be fully refunded or deducted from the payment of the large quantity.
Price paid
Customization fee = clothing price + printing fee. Generally speaking: the average price of T-shirts is US$10-90/piece, sweatshirts are US$30-140/piece, Polo shirts are US$45-120/piece, etc.Due to the complexity of customization, the accurate printing fee needs to be calculated based on the process, pattern (color, area, work station), and number of pieces. For payment of goods, please use SWIFT(T/T) payment，F(xiàn)ull payment is required for orders under US$5,000; for orders above US$5,000, a 50% deposit can be paid in advance, and the remainder is paid upon delivery.

After-sales service
Within 45 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase of YouSame clothes, the number of additional orders you can make at the original price is 2 times.

Following industry practice, customized clothing products do not support the "no reason returns" rule.
